  This 120-grit, nickel-plated Diamond Wheel Dressing Truing Tool is an improved version of the original WoodRiver® tool we’ve sold for years. It features a new tougher plating process that holds the diamond chips more securely. Now, it’s even easier to take the hills and valleys out of your grinding wheels with a dressing surface 1/2" wide and 1-3/4" long; overall tool length is 4-5/8".   Our WoodRiver® 120-grit CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) Coated Grinding Wheel is used for grinding steel of all kinds and enjoys a distinct advantage over a traditional Aluminum Oxide (AO) grinding wheel. The CBN coating is tough and will never load up or require dressing to remain flat, plus wheel balance isn’t an issue because the wheel is machined from a steel plate. The CBN coating and the steel wheel work together to keep heat at bay, so bluing a tool is less likely, and the coating will last a really long time. There is also no danger of the wheel breaking or fragmenting during use and while this is certainly an added safety feature, we recommend the wheel be used with all guards in place.

  This RIKON Bench Grinder Stand is an essential accessory for the RIKON Low Speed Grinder (WC# 158512). The grinder stand features a heavy duty cast iron base with an adjustable height range of 28” to 36”, and a solid 2” diameter steel post to increase stability. There is even storage space on the stand for two grinding wheels and an extra tray for miscellaneous items. The steel top plate measures 12” x 9-1/4” with 1/2” wide slots for mounting the grinder.

  To be eligible for credit for returned Rikon goods, customers must comply with each of the following requirements:

  Written authorization to return any products must be obtained from the RIKON Power Tools Customer Service Department before the products are returned. RIKON Power Tools will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), which must be clearly marked on the shipping label and bill of lading with the returned goods. RIKON Power Tools Will Not Accept Any Unauthorized Returns. A 15% restock fee will apply.
