Flips Stops for Track Saw Guide System
All-Inclusive System for Track Saw,
Quick Setups Without Measurements or Math
This product is the Flip Stop Set for the Track Saw Parallel Guide System only.
Finally, The Solution to Fast, Accurate and Repeatable Parallel Cuts. Woodpeckers latest OneTIME Tool, the Parallel Guide System (PGS), is designed and engineered as the ultimate solution for making reliable parallel cuts when teamed with Festool’s Guide Rail and Track Saw and many other track saw systems.
All-Inclusive PGS System Pairs Several Woodpeckers Proven Products. The PGS combines Woodpeckers popular zero side-play Flip Stops and special three-slot T-track with a new body bracket designed exclusively for rigid attachment to Festool’s Guide Track.
The T-Track features precision laser engraved scales on both the top and side. Use the top scales for setting the Flip Stops to make cuts 10½” or greater from a reference edge. To rip thin stock or make cuts less than 10½”, the side scales are used along with the Narrow Stock Guides. Just set the rear flip stop to the desired dimension. It couldn’t be simpler. Each leg of the PGS consists of 4 pieces of T-Track that extend to allow a 52” cut, or beyond center of a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood.
Calibration of Measurement Scales A No Brainer. Woodpeckers PGS makes calibration of the measurement scales to your Guide Track quick and easy. By simply using the flip stops, Narrow Stock Guides and some scrap stock resting against the Track Saw Guide cutting edge, can’t miss calibration is quickly accomplished.

What are our ONE-TIME TOOLS? They’re the tools that our partners at Woodpeckers plan to run once. Often these are tools we ourselves would like but can’t put in full production. The process is simple; they build a couple, take some pictures and open a 10-20 day window for others to jump on the production run. Once they know how many to make, they get them done and move on to something else.
By buying a One-Time Tool, you will own a limited run precisely machined tool that will make you the envy of all your woodworking friends, and you have a tool that will be used for generations. These tools are proudly made in the USA.
