    Works perfectly

I used it as a replacement part on a new clock that did not work. It fit perfectly, and the clock works fine.

    Fast and efficient

First time buyer of clock mechanisms. Site was easy to navigate, but I was unsure of how to measure the hands. I finally figured out that the size is based on the radius of the clock face tick marks and numbers.

    Clock Repair Part Review

Does not have on/off switch as noted in ad. Difficult to install as slightly thicker than most clock openings and often does not fit into opening. Runs perfectly.

Unsure how they meausre the hands

The mechanism works great but unfortuntely the sizing of the hands makes no sense. I asked the customer service person what the "time ring" is and she told me it was across the dial center to center of the numbers. The ones I ordered were way to short. I wish they would just list the length. I know that woodcraft is great with exchanges but I wouldn't have even know what to reorder. Luckily I was able to use the existing hands (it was a replacement) so I didn't try to exchange.

    Good quality

Bought a couple of these to make personalized clocks as Christmas gifts for the kids, using old saw blades for the clock face. They've been running accurately for a week now.

    First Clock Mechanism Didn't Work

This was a replacement movement for use in a wall clock that had it's guts fail. This movement was the exact size and depth needed to use as a replacement. The first unit I got in the mail failed as far as the hours hand didn't work. When I got Woodcraft on the phone, they were great. A new movement was sent out no charge. Wonderful customer service. The new movement works fine and is accurate. I just happened to get a lemon,
