The cross-cut fence fits on the dovetail finger assembly to become a sliding dovetail template. Rout half-blind pin boards and tail boards at the same time using the included two-function spacer to offset the tail board and rout complete joints in one pass with the super jigs, you're not limited to one bit and one depth of cut. Just select any of the five half-blind bits available and rout half-blind joints in the depth that best suits your project. The finger assembly can also produce two sizes of box joints, 5/16" and 5/8". The amazing joint making capability of super jigs is due in part to the revolutionary new Leigh E-bush. Very precise adjustments for fit are made easily with the E-bush.
Settings are changed using the included pin wrench and the uniquely shaped locking nut makes tightening the E-bush a snap. Markings clearly indicate the adjustment direction necessary for the desired change. A simple twist of the E-bush changes its active diameter which in turn changes the fit of finger joints and half-blind dovetails. Easy to use cam action clamps and aluminum clamp bars hold the work piece securely against non-slip material applied to each clamping surface. Includes: 1/2"-8 degree dovetail bit, 1/2"-14 degree dovetail bit, 5/16" straight bit, 1/2" to 8mm collet reducer, sliding dovetail fence, half-blind bridge piece material, E-bush and fully illustrated user guide.

Never used a dovetail jig before....FUN!
I have never used a dovetail jig before and was excited when I ordered the Leigh 12" with the accessory kit. The unit was easy to set-up because the manual is so well writing, plus, the DVD that came with it really helped. After a couple of practice runs I was able to go show the wife and kids my new found skills.
Nice Dovetail Jig
I bought this jig to replace an older jig that had a fixed template and only did half blind dovetails. The Leigh is much more flexible and accurate. I have used it so far for drawer boxes and have been able to create nice tight, clean joints. It definately takes a little time and fiddling to get it all set up but the instructions are clear and once you have it down, the process goes fairly fast. I would recommend this jig to anyone who wants good flexibility and precision and is on a budget. I am currently building all the cabinets for my kitchen and this jig is going to come in handy.
Great for thru Dove Tails
I use this for thru dove tails. It set up easily and is easy to use. It did take some practice to produce repeatable results. After 3 or 4 drawers I had it pretty much dialed in. I ordered the accessory kit with the support for the router. This is well worth the extra cost as it really stabalizes the router while you are working.
