    Granadillo, also known as Coyote, Guayacan or Trebol, is an extremely hard, satiny, reddish–brown wood with charming light cream colored highlights and swirling grain. It looks like a cross between Honduras Rosewood and Cocobolo and has been used to make all types of furniture, musical instruments, sporting equipment and even umbrella handles. Granadillo has excellent machining properties, turns nicely and finishes smoothly.
