You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it: for any reason, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please refer to your product packaging for your specific product warranty coverage. All of our products include a minimum 365 day warranty. This warranty protects the product against manufacturing defects. As any store would require, if you are looking to replace a defective product that is under warranty, we require that you still possess the product and are able to send it back to us before a replacement is issued (we will provide a free shipping label in this situation). If the product is disposed of before contacting us, we will be unable to honor the warranty, even if it was purchased less than 365 days ago.

Dropping a product and having it break would not be covered by warranty, however we do offer replacement parts for sale on many of our products that may help you fix the problem instead of purchasing an entirely new unit.
