Our Single Bevel Marking Knife is hand made from start to finish by the renown blacksmith Takeshi Masuda. Mr. Masuda worked under the direction of his father for 45 years before assuming direction of the family forge 10 years ago. His knives are made from high quality white steel tempered to Rockwell c64. Overall length is 8˝. A rattan wrapping is applied to form a handle. Each knife comes fully sharpened and ready to use. Instruction for care are included.
