Our economical WoodRiver® #2 MT Mandrel system provides the base for turning precision pens, pencils, key chains, etc. To use, simply place the proper bushings and your blanks on the shaft and secure with the knurled brass mandrel nut. When turning projects such as key chains, which do not require the full length of the mandrel shaft, just slide the provided stop onto the mandrel until the needed length is exposed, and tighten the stop!

the adjustable stop does not hold well. I drilled and turned a sleeve and use that instead, otherwise it works well. easy and quick to setup

Have made a lot of pens with this and works very well. It's nice to have a replacement shaft with it in case you bend one. Best mandrel on the market.
