Join us for another excellent turning session led by Mark Nelson. In this class you’ll learn the anatomy of your log, how to find your bowl, how to prepare with the utilization of a bandsaw, and learn how to use a circle cutting jig. Note: $25 material fee payable to instructor.
Join Hunter for an evening of hand planing. In this course Hunter will go over how he prepares his projects for final finishing with hand planes (edges, corners, and faces). It may be impractical, but it sure is fun. Students will leave this class with a wooden block large enough to be used as a cutting board.
Join Hunter for an evening of cutting veneers on the bandsaw. Included in this class will be tips on setting your bandsaw for resawing, cleaning up your veneers, how to glue, and when to use them! This class not only clues you in to fine bandsaw work, but also fine veneer work! Students will leave class with a stack of their own veneers. Note: $10 material fee payable to instructor.
