We will go over how to make a bowl blank and what lathe tools to use to produce the first turn bowl. This is a hands-on class. You will leave with your first turn bowl (approx. 11") and finish it into a beautiful bowl after it has been through the drying process. Note: $40 material fee payable to instructor.

In this class Dale Tayloe will describe the tools, methods, and process he uses to make a traditional split bamboo fly rod. He'll discuss how to find quality materials to make a quality rod.
