A router can do a lot for your woodworking projects. Hundreds of bits are available to make outstanding decorative edges, slotting, surfacing, cutouts and more. With its high speed and heavy torque it can be a challenging tool for the inexperienced. This class is loaded with tips and procedures designed to achieve your confidence and creativity.
In this workshop we can cover beginners or advanced levels. May include using the correct blades, patterns, cut-outs, fretwork, 3-D, intarsia, etc. and loaded with many useful tips. This is a complete hands-on experience to take home several projects.
A great class to learn the very basics and safety of woodworking…We will take you through the workshop and try out a variety of tools: Miter saw, Table saw, Band Saw, Sander, Scroll saw, Drill Press, and Nailers. Also topics on marking and measuring, dust collection, gluing, wood and lumber. This is a hands on class and you will complete a tote-box project to take home. 4 hr class
