Through-tenon construction and long brackets at the corners are hallmark features of the Stickley tradition. The drawer slide designs are all wood, so there is no need for store-bought slide hardware. Build this super furniture that is sure to please and stand the test of time.     Challenging but rewarding

    I'm a weekend household rough carpentry intermediate. I signed up for community wood shop at the high school for use of the tools. I had almost no experience beyond a circular saw and hand drill. This plan was a real challenge, but that's what I was looking for. You really need to think this through before you buy or cut anything. For most of my mistakes, I was able to recover. I bought a dovetail jig and router for the drawers and they came out well. It was a big help having the others in the class for advice.

    Not enough detail

    Did not like detail of the plan. Basically it was just the drawing with very little other detail. Ordered a second plan from another source and found it to be much more detailed with written instructions, suggested cutting diagrams, etc.
