Patterns are not corret
The plans were printed to the wrong scale. The slat template profile does not match the back and seat profile. The pictures quality is terrible. The general instructions should be written with greater detail and better explanations. I contacted the company and explained the problem. I called back a few days later and was told there was a printing error. I never received a corrected set of plans. This problem is not miner. The plan company did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. It never once followed up.
Words without explanation & examples
The best plans give board feet needed show the most economical cuting plan. The best plans have example drawings, (a picture is worth a thousand words). The best plans are all about "how to". This plan is on poor quality paper and has only one photo of the chair. These instructions are in sentence and is hard to follow. I really want to build this chair without calling a help line many times. Beautiful chair and the design is fantastic.
