About This Product

Indian Laurel, often referred to as Crocodile Bark due to its distinctive bark pattern, has some intriguing characteristics, including fire resistance. The wood's color ranges from light brown to dark brown, featuring darker, almost black streaks. The sapwood has a reddish-white hue, distinctly separated from the heartwood. The grain is typically straight, although it can occasionally exhibit slight interlocking or irregular patterns. It is generally easy to work with, showcasing a medium to coarse uniform texture.
