Named after the famous butterfly knife, the saw's folding handle design allows one-handed opening and closing while enclosing the blade when not in use. The SK85 Japanese steel blade features impulse-hardened teeth for long-lasting sharpness and efficient cutting performance. An 8 TPI rip-cut edge powers through cuts along the grain while the 14 TPI crosscut edge leaves clean cuts across the grain. Deep gullets help clear waste quickly, allowing fast, controlled cutting in softwoods, hardwoods and plastic materials.
