Screws will not accept patina.
This hardware is fine for most purposes. However, if you intend to create a patina on the brass, beware the screws are steel and will rust. you must find solid brass screws to do the job.

Wish They Made Them Bigger
Excellent fit and finish. Just wish they were larger for my purposes but thus far have held up well. Will be buying another couple of sets unless I can find them bigger.
