Each 2/83" thick sheet measures 48" in length and 4-1/2" to 6-1/2" in width. The convenient 12 square foot packs are perfect for applications both large and small. All pieces of veneer in a pack will be the same width. Birch veneer is typically a pale cream to a pink-tinged light yellow wood that ages to a deep pale gold color. Birch is a hardwood of medium density, easy to work with and strong. It has a smooth texture, tight uniform grain and satiny sheen. It will accept stains and finishes well and is often stained with bold colors or to mimic other species.
