Good stuff for bow making!
I bought this primarily to do final sanding detail on longbow risers/handles...does a great job at it!....now I m using it to touch up a variety of other projects in my small drill press. Super easy to change the different sandpaper grades as needed. Long story short...simple, cheap and effective.

Oh My Gosh - My Newest Favorite Tool
I love this tool for sanding bandsaw boxes. Easy to change sandpaper, does inside surfaces that would be difficult any other way. Can't say enough good things about this sanding drum. I made a wood template for cutting sandpaper to size - takes about 2 seconds. Lost the small locking tool in a pile of sawdust so I ground a large screwdriver to fit. Now it works even better.

Nice Sanding Drum
These sanding drums are excellent for use with a drill press to sand the contours of rounded pieces. The unique design that uses ordinary sandpaper versus using sanding sleeves makes it more economical in the long run. If you do much sanding on pieces that aren't straight these are nice to have around. You pay more in the beginning but the convenience of using regular sandpaper sheets is worth the extra cost for a quality made product.
