RUST-OLEUM® Chalked Ultra Matte Paint Dark Tint Base is a tintable, water-based, ultra-matte finish that will revitalize furniture, cabinets, walls – your whole home décor. We recommend Mixol Universal Tints, available in a wide variety of colors, to create the perfect custom color for your project. Just like the pre-tinted version, it can be used alone as a simple covering paint or add decorative effects like distressing or dry brushing to give any project a one-of-a-kind look with a vintage feel. RUST-OLEUM is easy to apply with a brush or roller (spraying not recommended), and in most cases it covers in one coat. A quart covers up to 150 sq. ft. Note: RUST-OLEUM Chalked Protective Matte Clear Topcoat is recommended for additional protection to keep your project looking good for a long time to come.
