SheenPlus enhances sheen from matte to satin and adds slight durability. A second coat of Oil Plus 2C may increase the sheen slightly, but will return to a matte sheen.

Can SheenPlus be used on top of any product? Rubio Monocoat or otherwise?

No. SheenPlus is specifically formulated for use over Oil Plus 2C only.
