Details

The Microjig® Gravity Heel Kit adds an adjustable hook to your GRR-Ripper pushblock that grasps the tail end of your material to provide superior pushing power for ultimate control of your workpiece. The replaceable heel can be locked in position for splinter-free routing or allowed to automatically retract for gripping material in the middle like a traditional pushblock. The unique design provides extra leverage to help push through the cut and prevent blowout. Fits GRR-Ripper Model GR100 and GR200. Kit includes: three 1" Gravity Heels, two 3/4" Gravity Heels, and mounting hardware to attach to two GRR-Ripper units.

Features:

  • Automatically retracts mid-board, then drops into position when feeding long stock on jointers
  • Locks in position to virtually eliminate tear-out on the table saw
  • Adjusts to stock thickness for more controlled cuts on the bandsaw
  • Increased control and stability when feeding short or long stock
  • Prevents blowout during router operations and can be used as a template for repeat routing
