Used for years to restore airline windows to optical clarity, woodworkers have discovered that these incredibly fine abrasive cloths put a polished sheen on bare wood and a handsome luster on finish coatings. This set is ideal for Pen Makers with the paper is sized for sanding right on the lathe! Abrasive crystals last up to 15 times longer than normal abrasives.
Kit includes: Two 3" x 6" pieces of each of nine abrasive grits from 1,500 to 12,000 and a special foam sanding block.

Better Than Wet/Dry Sandpaper
I use this product for doing the final polishing and buffing on guitar bodies and necks. I also use it to bring bare wood on the fretboard to a highly polished finish. It's great for getting into tight spaces and the sponge block is helpful in keeping flat areas flat.

great range of grits: long lasting
I bought this set to tone down the gloss to a satin finish on turned projects. Being able to access a graduated selection of grits was perfect and it worked great.
