Super 12" Dovetail Jig
Super Leigh Dovetail jigs offer extraordinary joint making capability at exceptional price points. No other jigs equal the versatility and precision of Leigh Dovetail jigs. Variably spaced through...
Just select any of the five half-blind bits available and rout half-blind joints in the depth that best suits your project. The finger assembly can also produce two sizes of box joints, 5/16" and 5/8". The amazing joint making capability of super jigs is due in part to the revolutionary new Leigh E-bush. Very precise adjustments for fit are made easily with the E-bush. Settings are changed using the included pin wrench and the uniquely shaped locking nut makes tightening the E-bush a snap. Markings clearly indicate the adjustment direction necessary for the desired change. A simple twist of the E-bush changes its active diameter which in turn changes the fit of finger joints and half-blind dovetails. Easy to use cam action clamps and aluminum clamp bars hold the work piece securely against non-slip material applied to each clamping surface. Includes: 1/2"-8 degree dovetail bit, 1/2"-14 degree dovetail bit, 5/16" straight bit, 1/2" to 8mm collet reducer, sliding dovetail fence, half-blind bridge piece material, E-bush, fully illustrated user guide and instructional DVD.

Accurate Jig for Variable Dovetails
I usually use this jig for through dovetails, although it will make a myriad of other joints. The Leigh bits cut cleanly, without any tearout in white oak. You don't have to use the eBushing for through dovetails... I use a standard 7/16" precision ground guide bushing instead. I like this method better, because inadvertently rotating the router won't spoil the joint fit. I put a straightedge across the guide fingers and they were flat and level. I didn't have any issues setting up and cutting through dovetails with this jig. It's pretty user friendly.
Excellent for both workshop or garage
The tool made from rich and good finished materials, by very good design to serve the requirements for both professionals or amateurs, and it comes with a very useful and easy to understand user manual, and although it takes time to assemble and setting up, but you forget any thing after using and getting results.
Impressed with the quality!!!
I build Arts and Crafts and Shaker Style Furniture and this jig does a superb job.
Great Product, Strong Instruction
Jig used for new work both for looks and fuction, Quick easy fine adjustments built into Jig.
Made a dovetailed box right off the bat!! It was easy.
Excellent jig, worth the money
I couldn't decide between this jig and the Porter-Cable. This was the right choice. The written instruction manual is excellent-easy to follow, logical, doesn't assume you are an expert or an idiot. The included DVD is equally sensational. I've never attempted dovetail or box joints and I did both during my first day with this jig. My wife also bought me the "VRS" attachment and I strongly suggest it as well. It makes the work essentially dust free with extra router support. This jig is worth the money. I would buy it again without reservation.
