The Laguna iQ CNC sets the benchmark for compact industrial CNC machines. The frame is constructed using double bearing cars and the precision linear guides are mounted on machined surfaces exactly like heavy duty industrial CNC machinery.
This unit has the ease of use and features that are normally only associated with machines priced much higher. Standard G-Code programs are transferred from a USB stock into the control unit. Programs are then selected and processed. It does not get any easier. Frequently used programs can reside in the internal memory.

Warranty Information
New woodworking machines sold by Laguna Tools carry a two-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. Laguna bandsaw blades' welds are backed by their 1-yr manufacturer's warranty. Machines sold through dealers must be registered with Laguna Tools within 30 days of purchase to be covered by this warranty. Laguna Tools guarantees all new machine sold to be free of manufacturers’ defective workmanship, parts and materials. Laguna Tools will repair or replace, without charge, any parts determined by Laguna Tools, Inc. to be a manufacturer’s defect. They require that the defective item/part be returned to Laguna Tools with the complaint. In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related shipping charges.

Incredible Machine!
I am not sure what the first reviewer was thinking, but this machine is far from cheap. The first thing you will notice after removing the crate covering, is that they pack this machine with great packing, ensuring that no damage will come while in transit. The next thing you will notice is that you will not be able to lift this beast up by yourself. When I say beast, I mean just that. This machine boasts over 600 pounds of solid, heavy weight steel construction. It is designed so that when mounted level on your bench, you will not get any movement from vibrations, allowing your cutting head to do all of the work, with great detail, with your spindle not vibrating and creating aberrations. I had to put this on my work bench by myself, as I had no one there to assist me, so I rented and engine hoist to move it. Next, I found that I needed a bit of assistance from Laguna, just a phone call away, and they were there to assist me with all of my questions. Truthfully, I felt bad for them as this is my first CNC machine, so I had a lot of questions, very helpful people in Anaheim! I ordered the best software to operate this, which is the Enspire software, it is spendy, but worth every single penny. Not being real tech savy, I found the tutorials extremely helpful, and I will be getting better and better with the software the more I use it. I guess it is like taking piano lessons. The more you practice, the better you get. If you are looking for a great CNC router, do not settle for cheaper versions, or ones that do not come with a water cooler spindle, you will regret it later. This is the best of the best! You can watch a lot of videos on YOU TUBE of the laguna CNC routers, watch them all. Though some of the videos lack enough detail in the video, you can always call Laguna Tools prior to your purchase to ask more questions. I look forward to many happy years with this machine, and I am very certain that I will be buying other tools as well from Laguna.

Superb Functionality
I love this machine and the support. Laguna walked me through every bit of the installation and even has software training. I have a 6" clearance on this machine it is incredible what I can produce on it. I can run this machine all day and never have an issue. I also own their 14|12 bandsaw and use it almost everyday! I just wanted to put my review up because the review I read could not be further from the truth. Thank you Woodcraft for your Grade A support as well.

very cheap and no support
Very unhappy with machine lack of performance. Support was hard to get and 3 different people had to look up information on how to work machine. I will never buy Laguna again.
