JessEm’s original Clear-Cut™ Stock Guides have transformed the router table landscape for the past 10 years. JessEm is introducing a new option for the router table and portable table saw with the Clear-Cut™ FLEX Stock Guides. Made out of high-quality glass-filled polyamide with new adjustable locking handles, these stock guides still provide all the same features as the Clear-Cut™ Stock Guides. Additional hardware is included that will allow you to adapt these guides to fit a shop-made auxiliary fence. This will allow you to use the guides on portable table saws with either 8" or 10" saw blades. Fast and easy setup allows you to achieve safer, smoother and more precise cuts because your work is always held in position.

Shop-made auxiliary fence shown in use with the WoodRiver® Adjustable Fence Clamps (Item 163682 - Purchased separately).

Features:

  • Guides are made out of high-quality glass-filled polyamide
  • Unique guide rollers, mounted on a 5° angle, effectively steer your stock toward your fence
  • One-way roller bearings prevent material moving backward, preventing kickback
  • Roller axles machined from cold-rolled steel; case hardened for durability
  • Rollers designed from wear-resistant acetal resin
  • Traction tires are molded from urethane for long life and superior grip
  • Guides lock into position along the fence with a twist of the pivot knob
  • The height setting is controlled with a twist of the new adjustable locking handles
  • Guides have 2-3/4" of total height adjustment
  • Guides mount to a standard 1/4" T-slot or to a shop-made auxiliary fence
  • Setup is fast and easy
