Update to review from 6/17.
Following my previous review of this tool Woodcraft customer service contacted my and gave me the option of my money back or a "hand picked" replacement free of charge (shipping covered by Woodcraft). I was pleasantly surprised that my review was read by WC and the service they provided. The replacement tool is only marginally better (at least it is not held together with glue anymore) but I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you Woodcraft.
