Grobet Rasps are made in Switzerland, and we feel they are the best machine-made rasps being produced today. They are tough, sharp, cut quickly and are capable of producing a smooth finish, as well as removing material in a hurry. 5cut means this Half-Round Rasp is a visibly coarser, much more aggressive cut than the Grobet Half-Round 6cut (159098). Edges are cut to allow the filing of narrow grooves. No rasp should be used without a handle, so we recommend purchasing a screw-on handle (06B55), if you don’t already have one.
