Great Value
The cutting angle is lower than many other tools i've seen. This makes you less likely to slip and injure yourself, as well as giving you the added benefit of making a smoother cut. They are of good quality and should last a very long time--And there are many diferent types to choose from!

this is a handy dandy
Flexcut blades are strong and sharp, I carve small objects and this combo provides quick blade switch, very handy for small detail...........

Nice set to start from
I got it for carving faces in walking sticks. It works great! the tools come sharp ready to use.

flexcut carving tools
Very good quality tools, very sharp as they should be, a bit on the expensive side, but good tools alway cost more. case is tight and cuts easy if you put tools on other side, get a high end case that has room to grow, good selection of other tools to add to you collection. Figure a way to sharpen tools that works for yourself, carving requires frequent resharpening.

Nice starter kit
Although I have not used them extensively, they are well built and have a nice edge to them right out of the box. I tried each blade in a block of pine and they worked nicely. Seems like a good quality starter kit.
