About This Product

The Festool TSV 60 KEB-F-Plus Plunge-Cut Saw with Scoring Blade and CT MIDI I HEPA Dust Extractor Bundle with Guide Rail and Filter Bags combines scored panel cutting with compact dust extraction. A dedicated scoring blade cuts the surface layer ahead of the main blade to reduce splintering on both sides of laminated panels, melamine, veneered sheet goods and other surface-coated materials.
The 1,500-watt main saw operates from 3,000-6,800 RPM and cuts up to 2-7/16" (62 mm) deep. Its separate 190-watt scoring system runs at 22,000 RPM. The scoring blade follows bevel adjustments from 0° to 45°, extending edge control to angled cuts. The main blade and scoring blade can be activated or deactivated to match the material and cutting task.
KickbackStop helps reduce the risk of kickback during sawing and plunge cutting. The brushless EC-TEC motor provides consistent power through the cut, while FastFix spindle lock provides access for main-blade changes. The 27/36 mm extraction connection allows direct connection to compatible Festool dust extractors.
The CT MIDI I delivers up to 130 CFM airflow in a compact 4-gallon format. Five suction levels adjust extraction to the application, while manual filter cleaning helps maintain suction as the filter bag fills. The included 55" FS 1400/2 Guide Rail establishes the cutting path and uses a rubber splinter guard along the cut line to further reduce edge tearout. Five additional SELFCLEAN filter bags support continued extraction.
