About This Product

The Festool Rotex RO 90 DX FEQ-Plus Sander and CT MIDI I HEPA Dust Extractor Bundle with Abrasives and Filter Bags combines multi-mode sanding with compact dust extraction, 160 Granat abrasives and five replacement filter bags. Switch between gear-driven, random orbit and delta sanding modes to move from material removal and surface finishing to corners and detail areas with one sanding system.
A 400-watt motor powers the 3-1/2" (90 mm) round pad through a 1/8" sanding stroke. Gear-driven mode provides the action needed for more aggressive material removal, while random orbit mode supports smoother surface finishing. The included V93 delta pad installs without tools when the work moves from open surfaces into corners or confined areas.
Rotary speed ranges from 260-520 RPM, while eccentric motion ranges from 3,500-7,000 RPM. At 3.3 lb., the sander remains manageable as work position and pad shape change. A 27 mm dust extraction port connects directly to the CT MIDI I.
The CT MIDI I delivers up to 130 CFM airflow in a compact 4-gallon format. Five suction levels let you match extraction to the application, and manual filter cleaning helps maintain suction as the filter bag fills. Integrated Bluetooth® supports automatic startup with compatible Festool battery packs or an optional remote.
The included abrasive set supplies matching Granat abrasives for both pad shapes. Eight 20-piece assortments provide D90 round and V93 delta abrasives in P60, P80, P120 and P180 grits. Five additional SELFCLEAN filter bags resist dust caking between extraction cycles to support sustained suction.
