The Festool DTS 400 REQ-Plus Sander and CT MIDI I HEPA Dust Extractor Bundle with Abrasive Set and Filter Bags combines fine sanding with portable dust collection and a ready supply of abrasives and filter bags. The compact DTS 400 reaches small, angular surfaces with a 1/16" (2 mm) sanding stroke for fine finishing, while variable speed from 6,000-12,000 RPM provides control across sanding tasks.
The 250-watt motor uses electronic control to maintain consistent sanding performance. Rubberized grip surfaces support controlled handling during vertical and overhead work, while the interlocking dust port provides a secure connection to compatible Festool dust extraction.
The CT MIDI I pairs a compact, portable design with up to 130 CFM suction. Automatic power activation starts the extractor when using a connected corded tool, while integrated Bluetooth® provides automatic startup with compatible Festool battery packs or an optional remote. Manual filter cleaning helps maintain suction as the filter bag fills. An anti-static suction hose, built-in hose storage and cable wrap keep the extraction system organized during transport and use.
The included Systainer³ abrasive set provides 100 Granat abrasives from P60 through P220 for progressing from material removal to fine sanding. Five additional SELFCLEAN filter bags reduce dust caking between extraction cycles to help maintain suction and maximize usable bag capacity.
