About This Product

The Festool DTS 400 REQ-Plus Sander and CT 36 EI HEPA Dust Extractor Bundle with Abrasives combines controlled fine sanding with high-capacity dust collection in one connected system. The compact DTS 400 reaches small, angular surfaces with a short 1/16" (2 mm) sanding stroke that supports fine finishing. Variable speed from 6,000-12,000 RPM provides control as sanding requirements change.
A 250-watt motor with electronic control maintains consistent sanding performance. Rubberized grip surfaces improve handling during vertical and overhead work, while the interlocking dust port provides a secure connection to the extractor for dust collection at the sanding surface.
The CT 36 EI delivers up to 138 CFM airflow with a 9.5-gallon container for extended sanding and cleanup work. Integrated Bluetooth® supports automatic startup from compatible Festool cordless tools or an optional remote. Large swivel wheels improve mobility, while the locking brake keeps the extractor in place during use. A smooth anti-static suction hose connects securely to compatible Festool tools and stores in the integrated hose holder.
The included Systainer³ Abrasive Set adds 100 Granat abrasives ranging from P60 through P220. Five grit levels provide a ready progression from material removal through fine sanding, with the complete assortment organized in a Systainer³.
