The Festool DOMINO XL DF 700 EQ-Set Joiner and CT 36 EI HEPA Dust Extractor Bundle with Beech DOMINO Assortment and Filter Bags combines deep mortise cutting with increased extraction capacity for larger joinery work. Routing depths from 15-70 mm and compatibility with cutters up to 14 mm give the DF 700 the range to join substantial components, while the CT 36 EI provides a 9.5-gallon container for longer work between emptying.
The DF 700 uses a 720-watt motor operating at 21,000 RPM. Simultaneous rotary and oscillating cutter movement produces mortises without kickback, while six fence height positions help center mortises across material thicknesses from 10-40 mm. Six retractable stop pins support repeatable positioning between mating workpieces.
Two mortise-width settings let you control joint fit during assembly. The joiner accepts 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm cutters, with a 12 mm cutter included. Its 1-1/16" extraction port connects directly to the CT 36 EI for chip removal at the cutter.
The CT 36 EI delivers up to 138 CFM airflow with a 9.5-gallon container. The bundle also adds a 128-piece D12/D14 beech DOMINO assortment for larger joints plus five additional CT 36 SELFCLEAN filter bags.
