    "I would buy this product again and agai

    Unlike the previous reviewer , I guess I just knew that the measurements given are for the hose sizes that you connect to the "adapter". It's not a "go between" for other hard fittings , unless there are female ends on them. I am presently using three of these adapters on different machines with NO problems at all,and will buy more as needed.

    This makes no sense!

    I fail to see how they can sell these items without letting you know if the ends are male or female. Based upon simple measurements, I thought I was getting what I needed. Instead I have a 2 1/4" male which will not hook up to the male end of my shopvac hose ... and a 4" male end that will not hook up to the 4" male end on my piece of equipment. This thing is of absolutely NO USE to me at all.
