My new cordless drill came with everything I needed except for a driver tip holder. I solved this problem by attaching a small rare-earth magnet to the body of the drill using epoxy. While you’re driving screws, the magnet provides a great parking place for a bit in use. If you find yourself switching out several different bits for drilling pilot holes, clearance holes, and countersinks in sequence, consider attaching two or even three magnets to your drill to accommodate everything.
