Golden sheen on quarter sawn surface
Pretty coloured wood with a really nice golden sheen to it. I like the shimmering in the light as you move it. I'm going to make a guitar neck from it so the sides will have gold flecks through it and I reckon it would look nice. It seems like a pretty strong wood.
