D1 Pro Laser Engraver Cutting Machine - Grey - 10W

The xTool D1 Pro 10W is an ultra-accurate and fast laser cutter and engraver. Experience higher productivity with an incredible speed of up to 400 mm per second, even for rotary engraving! Engrave materials including wood, dark acrylic, leather, fabric, glass, stone, ceramic and more. The D1 Pro 10W features innovative dual-laser technology with two laser beams focused on one spot to produce higher power, higher cutting ability, faster speed, and better effects with the same electric power as other laser engravers. The laser is strong enough to cut through 6mm basswood, 5mm dark acrylic, and 3mm birch plywood in one pass. The small laser focus (0.08mm x 0.06 mm) and tiny engraving line width can also create impeccable detail, and a large working area of 430 mm x 390 mm (17" x 15.4") allows you to engrave more patterns at once.

This machine is very beginner friendly—get started quickly with our user-friendly software, XCS, which has over 1,000 projects and 500 elements included to help your creativity. The machine is also compatible with the more robust LightBurn software. Engraving file format supports SVG, DXF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIF, CR2 and more. You can transfer data via Wi-Fi, USB cable, a large capacity TF card (Offline Use) and use D1 Pro anytime and anywhere.

The industrial-grade construction is robust. All-steel wheels and shafts on the xTool D1 Pro reduce friction and increase engraving and cutting accuracy to 0.01 mm, and have triple the lifespan of plastic parts. A limit switch, flame detector and tilt detection prevent mishaps.

Limit switches trigger the alarm if the moving laser head is about to hit the boundary of the machine rails in any directions. The emergency stop is also triggered by the detection of flames, smoke and tipping—the laser will be immediately paused to prevent damage.
