CrystaLac® Universal White is a highly pigmented bonding primer and paint base that offers maximum coverage with only minimal coats, generally, 1-2 coats will do the job. It contains stain blockers to stop tannins from bleeding through to the surface. Universal White will adhere to most surfaces as long as the surface is clean and free of any waxes or polishes. Works as a primer or an undercoat and also contains plenty of acrylic resin to protect as a satin top coat.
