Pretty good
Has a max rpm of 400 so be sure drill press can go that slow. My lowest is 450 so it burns up the bit. Smokes a lot and is dull after 50 plugs. Very difficult to use is hand drill as wants to wander and jump out. Cuts only about 1" deep too. Still, the only one that I know of that puts out a 1" tapered plug.

Plug Cutters
The maximum safe speed is 400rpm. As most drill presses have a minimum speed above this I cannot see how most people could use it. It would be useful if the catalog noted this limitation.
