Available in both lightweight aluminum and fiberglass models, the Select Step lets you make the decision of what material is right for your needs. With its ability to change positions and adjust its height, the Select Step can be set up in stepladder and staircase configurations.

- You use your ladder to get stuff done and the AirDeck accessory ports make it even easier to do so. Attach the Little Giant AirDeck to the Select Step ladder, so you can have a convenient workstation at the top of the ladder. It also doubles as a safety handrail to minimize feelings of vertigo while working up high
- The Select Step from Little Giant meets or exceeds all OSHA and ANSI standards and is available with a Type IA 300 lb. rating and a Type IAA 375 lb. rating
