Short lifespan
This model may be reliable but I now have two previous models that quit working after 20 or 30 hours. I am looking elsewhere for my next replacement.

Not ready for market
This is the second version of this tool and I had the first one catch fire while I was using it. I sent it back and they repaired it but it also caught fire but this time it was out of warranty. I purchased the latest model and it stopped working on the second use. The manufacturer wanted to send me a new one and explained that they were "still working the bugs out". I didn't want to be a lab rat for them so I got my money back.
