Could not carve without this tool
I was using straight chisels and gouges doing a large relief. Asked the carving expert in the Grand Rapids MI store for advice. He told me the double bevel skew would change my carving experience. I selected the size relative to my project and I am in love. Just a strop to keep a perfect edge, and the shavings fly. I am no pro, but this helps me improve everyday.
