Don’t like the look of uneven, ragged corners from your jig saw and belt sander routine? Then you’re ready for Woodpeckers Corner Jig Chamfer Set. Select the chamfer size you want, attach the template to the base plate, position the jig on your stock and you’re ready to rout a perfect corner…either hand-held or on your router table.

Woodpeckers focused on versatility and accuracy when they designed the Corner Jig. It has a perfectly flat top when assembled, allowing you to clamp it to your work and use it with a hand-held router and a top-bearing flush trim bit. That’s great on table tops and other large panels, but a little cumbersome on smaller workpieces. So, we also put in a hand grip to make it convenient to use on your router table with a tip-bearing flush trim bit. Either way, you’ll machine a perfect corner every time.

The interchangeable templates come in chamfer styles, with chamfers from 1/4" to 1-1/2" in quarter inch increments. When you’re designing your project, the templates make it easy to visualize the results…just align them on the corner of your work until you decide which size works best for the project.

Woodpeckers Corner Jig Chamfer Set starts with a hefty base milled from cast and ground aluminum plate (cast plate is flatter and more stable than extruded plate…it’s the same top-quality material we use in our router lifts and precision squares). The 6 templates are machined to exacting tolerances and align perfectly on the base with three stainless steel screws. Two indexing blocks on the bottom of the base align the jig to your square workpiece corner. All the aluminum components are anodized for corrosion protection and to give them our distinctive “Woodpecker Red” appearance.

The Woodpeckers Corner Jig Chamfer Set includes the Corner Jig Base and comes in a protective case with a custom cut foam liner. The Chamfer Set includes all 6 Chamfer Templates.

When Woodpeckers tallies the requests for retired OneTIME Tools this one is always near the top of the list. That’s why they’re bringing it back for another production run. Whether this is the first you’ve heard of it, or you’ve been anxiously waiting for it to come back, here’s your chance to add this versatile routing aid to your shop.

Like all the OneTIME Tools, the Woopeckers Corner Jig Chamfer Set is only made to order, proudly machined in Woodpeckers' Strongsville, Ohio manufacturing facility. The deadline to order yours is Monday, December 31, 2018. Once orders are filled, the tool will again be retired from their product line. Delivery is scheduled for April 2019.

What are our OneTIME Tools? They’re the tools that our partners at Woodpeckers plan to run once. Often these are tools we ourselves would like but can’t put in full production. The process is simple; they build a couple, take some pictures and open a 10-20 day window for others to jump on the production run. Once they know how many to make, they get them done and move on to something else.

By buying a OneTIME Tool, you will own a limited run precisely machined tool that will make you the envy of all your woodworking friends, and you have a tool that will be used for generations. These tools are proudly made in the USA.
