Part of the Nova Modular Tool Rest System, the small box rest is a perfect fit for almost any size of lathe. The solid steel large box rest is constructed from a 5/8"-thick x 15/16"-wide x 3-1/2"-long steel billet, which is then precision CNC machined. Featuring a tough enamel painted surface that allows the tool to glide smoothly over the rest all while providing better control. The flat surface provides superior control of the scraper for working bowls and other turnings. Tool rest bar requires one of the Nova Tool Rest Posts (sold separately).
