They're the wheels you want for the Jessem ALTS stand.
I was able to add them to an existing stand in less than an hour. You just have to tip it on it's sides and get the bottom a couple inches above the ground. You don't really need to take anything off to make it work, although the instructions have you taking off the feet (I swear they don't tell you when to put them back on). The new parts fit on without a fight. You then (probably) need to tune the old feet a little bit more to sit at the right level. You could certainly get 4 regular caster wheels with brakes if you get the right thread size, but these casters allow the table to stay on its original feet when not rolling and that kind of stability is worth it. You're buying Jessem because you want things to be solid.
