The 4-1/2" Steel Beast Diamond Blade for Metal has electroplated diamonds evenly distributed along the cutting edge. Diamond cutting wheels last up to 75 times longer than standard bonded abrasive wheels increasing productivity and minimizing downtime. These dry cutting wheels cut most types of metal including thin stainless steel, steel, cast iron, copper and aluminum. The wheel diameter does not change with use ensuring better control and precision. Solid steel body construction is strong, rigid and safe giving very accurate cuts. The Steel Beast generates less dust and sparking and does not wear like bonded abrasive wheels.
