Mesa Safe allows the return of new, unused, resalable safes within 30 days of receipt. All returns must have a prior Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Customer is responsible for return freight. A 20% restocking charge will apply. Additionally, if packaged accessories have been opened or used, a separate replacement charge will apply.
