Try the track system that was voted best in anti-chip protection on both sides of the cut by Fine Home Building, the system voted best in straightness and connection by WOOD magazine, and voted best in Home Tech by This Old House, the EZSMART Track Saw System.
Using this system, your circular saw moves in a straight line along the guide rail and you are in complete control. The cut is clean, chip free, and right on the mark. That's what you first notice when using the EZSMART Track Saw System; it makes you feel confident and safe using your circular saw with the EZSMART Universal Saw Base and Guide Rail.
You will be able to make long precise rip cuts, cross cuts, and angle cuts while all the time the wood is being held captive under the guide rail eliminating the potential of dangerous kick back. The Guide Rail has their Anti-Chip edge which works in conjunction with the Anti-Chip inserts to provide zero clearance at each side of the blade resulting in the cleanest of cuts. Add the included EZSMART Clamps and you now have a smart sawing center! One real test of a track is how well it performs on small and narrow boards, where the cuts are too wide for your miter saw, and too long to do by hand. The low profile, adjustable EZSMART Clamps secure the small boards under the track in any position you need to make your cut. No matter which EZSMART system you choose to start with, you will be able to grow and expand with their interchangeable packages.
Available in lengths from 36" to 118". This 108" (9’) system allows you to easily rip full 8’ sheets of plywood and is a favorite among woodworkers.

Works well with right saw
I purchased this system to break down sheets goods. I'm not a professional woodworker so I could not justify the price of other systems (Festool, Dewalt, Makita). I found a great deal on a Makita 5057 saw and it cuts very well on the tracks. The anti-chip inserts on both sides of the cut works very well. They need to make a dedicated plunge saw with a bevel cut line the same as 90 degree. The UEG is by far the best product EurekZone makes but I don't see it for sale here yet....... I would recommend this product.
Great product. Gets the job done.
The previous reviewer has not been around Eurekazone lately to see the improvements. Each product comes with detailed instructions. The company is not how portrayed by previous reviewer. I have achieved accurate (straight, square) splinter-free cuts on plywood and dimensional lumber with a 7.5" Skil saw and the basic track system with the clamps. I have built a rabbit hutch, 2 beds, a desk, and raised beds with this set up. With the proper attention to technique and how the saw is handled, this system will get the job done and will do it well. There are other users at the Track Saw Forum that use the Eurekazone daily as professional cabinetmakers and carpenters.
Sold my Unisaw
I've been an EZsmart user for about 5 years. First attracted to the system to accurately breakdown plywood panels for cabinets. Really liked the idea of ripping and crosscutting cabinet parts without moving a sheet of plywood by myself. The sawbase acts as one side of a zero clearance throat plate and the track insert is the other. Safety is important too. Kickbacks are eliminated because the wood is secured. Unless you are a double jointed contortionist, accidentally cutting your hand is next to impossible. Because this is a new method of work there is a learning curve. Early documentation was marginal. However, current documentation and videos have greatly improved. I really like using this tracksaw system for cabinetry. It can cut 8' long tapers without the potential of a kickback. Something I could never do with any tablesaw.
