Solidly built but slightly flawed
This is a quality, well-built item although there are some quality issues that you may or may not notice. Solid locking at the middle but some play on the far ends. Alignment lines seem to be on-center. The drill bit guides are cut ~1mm wider than the bit which could give a slight play while drilling. Something I saw immediately was the centering bar was off by 1mm on one side. I confirmed this with measuring and then again by closing the jig until one side touched and the other side still retained a gap ~1mm wide. I've contacted the manufacturer to see if there is an adjustment mechanism, otherwise I'll have to remember to place the jig properly on both pieces of wood so as not to have a 2mm overhang.
