Even under occasional use, the tires on band saw wheels periodically need to be replaced. Carter® Ultra Blue™ Urethane Tires are made from the highest quality material to exacting standards. That’s why they deliver such outstanding performance and wear consistently for so long. Unlike rubber tires, which are cumbersome to replace, these slip on without any special tools, messy adhesives, or excessive downtime. Simply heat in hot soapy water and stretch the tire on to the wheel and the band saw is ready to use.

Works great
It was a job to get it on but not as tough as I thought in regards to some of the reviews I had read. It needs to be tight and compared to the alternative it was a breeze! Works great! I would definitely purchase this again without hesitation.

very happy with final outcome.
only problem was stretching tires enough to mount them. had to use 2 flat bars to stretch them on. once on they work perfectly!

Old and tired becomes brand new
I have an old 12" Craftsman and with the new tires and upgraded guides, it works like new. I am very pleased and doing things I didn't ever think I could. New bandsaw boxes and puzzle boxes. My grandkids will be happy.

The Right Stuff
Be sure to order 2 and measure the belt width, (3/4" or 7/8"). The 7/8" can be trimmed

"Re-tired" an OLD bandsaw
Hard to get on, but run well once in place.

Performs as advertized
A little difficult to install but that is the nature of the beast. It fits good and runs true. We'll see about the durability part after I've used it for a while.

great tires made my unusable band new
My old tires were not holding the baldes and the cuts wandered. I got one tire to try the improvement great. obtained one more and my old saw will not have to be replaced until the motor goes out. Love these tires. Have not had much time to use them, back injury and surgery.

A little hard to install, but once on the wheel the urethane tire seems to wear well.

I would buy this product again and again
My tool is used for home improvement. Intricate Cuts. I'll never say "No" to a free woodworking tool like this 12" band saw I was given. Too bad this band saw isn't bigger but it works beautiful. With a larger band saw I could do some nice book-matching for my guitar building
